Our spiritual healing workshops are designed to help you transmute your greatest challenges into lasting prosperity. 

Choose from experiences like ancient rituals, experiential journeying, and mindfulness meditation. 

We’re also stewards of ceremony, which pay tribute to important life events, deepen your connection to nature, and realign your souls with source.

Ceremonies have always fostered spiritual healing, but such practices—which have long been forgotten in the modern world—do not belong to us. We’re committed to raising collective consciousness by honoring the gift of Indigenous wisdom, from which many of our ceremonies and rituals are borrowed.

Introduction to Shamanism : Connecting with the Medicine Wheel

A one-day immersion into the teachings of the Q'ero Shamans from the high Andes in South America. Following the four directional medicine wheel, we will dive into exercises, meditations, and dialogues around the symbolism of each direction and their archetypal animals. 

We’ll explore the wisdom of:

  • The South (The Serpent): 

    • Recognizing we are not our past and can release our past like a serpent sheds its skin, all at once

    • Clearing the energetic and karmic imprints that fog our energy fields

  • The West (The Jaguar):

    • Embracing our courage to look into our shadow selves

    • Releasing & honoring the energy of our ancestors

  • The North (The Hummingbird):

    • Harnessing the wisdom teachings

    • Beginning to plant seeds of our becomings

  • The East (The Eagle/Condor):

    • Dreaming our world into being with eyes wide open

    • Entering into timelessness

An Experiential Journey Within : Embodying our Truth

We’ll embark on a journey into many different kinds of experiential practices to discover our own gateways into intuition and wisdom. Through embodied movement, meditation, breathwork and ritual, we will gather as a community to nourish, recharge, and connect within.

Mindfulness Experiential Workshop: Bringing Mindfulness and Intention in Your Workplace

Mindfulness practices help us develop compassionate, nonjudgmental, moment-to-moment awareness of our own experiences. This can bring mental clarity, emotional ease, and stress reduction into our lives. By fostering collective and safe community environments, I teach others to use mindfulness-based techniques to reduce stress and cultivate personal growth.

Designed to bring wellness ideologies into your workplace, The Mindfulness Experiential Workshop offers a well-rounded approach not only to working more cohesively with colleagues and clients, but to enrich our own daily experiences.

Team members will learn to:

  • Identify and remedy sources of tension within the work-life balance

  • Source from internal wisdom and intent as opposed to stress and anxiety

  • Connect to our internal wisdom to create aligned, fulfilling professional lives 

  • Practice strategies to improve self-awareness

  • Cultivate a safe, authentic workplace environment 

In this workshop, we’ll assemble a toolbox of mindfulness skills and practices, which can bring consciousness to your everyday life. Employees will be engaged in experimental activities during the event, but they’ll also be sent home with actionable tools and links to guided meditations.

Wisdom of the Elements : Embodying Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Space

In this one-day immersion, we’ll dance, meditate, connect, embrace, and feel the elements that make up our world. Discover how earth, wind, fire, water, air and space bring nourishment, pleasure, and wisdom into your life. In this workshop, we will assemble a toolbox of gateways to connect with each individual element, evolving our internal union with mother earth.

The workshop includes:

  • Self Inquiry

  • A Sacred Memento

Sense Activation : Embracing the 5 Senses

We’ll activate and harness each of our senses, utilizing them as doorways into our internal domains of knowing. Through working with our senses of smell, touch, taste, sight, and hearing we will explore our connection with our environment in new ways.
