The Sacred No is when we attune with our soul and allow ourselves to say no if something does not bring us pleasure. If we are not in pleasure and alignment then we are not actually able to create or support others. Our Sacred No is an opportunity to get attuned to our truth and to create relationships based on that truth rather than what you feel you have to do for others.
What if we choose to show up and be our best selves? This opens up room for growth, transformation and empowerment, which we can then reflect to the world. If we harness in on our universal purpose of revealing our fullest potentials, our journey and path will lead us where we need to go for our own individual purpose in this lifetime.
One of the most profound things a friends once said to me while hiking in heavy winds is that we can let the wind penetrate us and make us cold, or we can choose to notice it hit our skin and blow around us, but not within us. To me this is a metaphor for life that has really stuck. We have the choice to let external things come in and penetrate the depths of our beings. Or, we can chose to notice them coming towards our energetic fields and expand that field in a womb of protection, letting the energy move around us.......
We are not subjects of this reality in which we live, but rather we are creative conscious beings who manifest profound changes in our world. The instant we open our eyes to the true dimensions of creation and this reality, we find ourselves able to begin to dream our worlds into being, we are free to notice, to feel and to raise consciousness in the world around us. The question is: Are you willing to wake up to the dream in which you are living?
It is time to rise up, to look within our internal mirrors and to find what sparks us so that we can begin this new journey, not only for ourselves but also for all of humanity and for all that connects us as we live in this symbiotic world. As each individual awakens to their truth, the divine golden light that is us all arises to the cosmos or the sacred womb where a new birth is waiting to manifest. The sea is beginning to split before us and it is our time to walk across the desert once again into our becoming. The question is, how will you choose to walk?
Just like a lotus flower that seeds and blossoms at the same time, our bodies are constantly going through cycles of change—growth and rebirth. Our heart is at the core of this process, creating possibility for transformation. With every heartbeat, there is a new opportunity to see the world. Are we taking notice, are we aware of our surroundings?
